I'm building an RNA chain in Coot 1.1 currently and noticed that there is a bug with simple mutate for nucleic acids. Adding a terminal nucleotide auto-populates an A. I can easily mutate A to/from G but it seems to have issues with all pyrimidines. Trying to mutate to a C or T always builds a U residue. Further, mutating from a U residue to another pyrimidine appears to be impossible. I've been having to toggle back and fourth between Coot 0.9 and Coot 1.1 to mutate in the correct sequence.
