Add agency profile

Goal

Add an agency/software-house customer AI profile.

Scope

• Define agents, tasks, prompts, skills, ticket rules, memory rules, and owner escalation rules.
• Suggested agents: front office, project intake, estimator, account manager, owner.

Acceptance Criteria

• Profile follows docs/17-profile-template.md.
• Owner agent is included.
• Profile can run through the sandbox.
• Docs explain intended use cases and boundaries.
