Scope
- Define agents, tasks, prompts, skills, ticket rules, memory rules, and owner escalation rules.
- Suggested agents: front office, order support, complaint/refund handler, product advisor, owner.
Acceptance Criteria
- Profile follows docs/17-profile-template.md.
- Refund and complaint cases require owner policy boundaries.
- Profile can run through the sandbox.
- Docs explain intended use cases and boundaries.
