Regressions in FR2 session summaries

1. Stim parameter fields not populated (location, amplitude, stimAnodeTag, stimCathodeTag)

2. is_stim_item field no longer consistent with events on disk, previous summaries

More regressions added below as appropriate.

All these been introduced into ramutils since August 2018
