Bug: `id` attribute in collection manifests is mis-formatted

See for example https://app.coredata.cloud//core_data/public/v1/places/cfc9bc9e-7805-4ef7-a72a-56d02986a688/manifests?project_ids[]=92 -- notice that the `id` value ends `.../manifests/project_ids...` rather than `?`. This could cause a problem if passing the `id` value to e.g. a IIIF viewer component.
