Microdep map does not refresh properly

Whenever a variable is changed via the upper select-boxes the microdep map only refresh partly correct. Topology changes are not encounted for.

Refresh when changing event types and dates now works well, even when data is missing.
Still issues when time scale is set til "4 weeks","week" or "hour".

Most refresh gliches are now history. Still a issue with "hour". Creating a specific issue for that.
