Can you please add in the models() csv which models require calibration, ( I understand from your readme that Horvath and dunedinpace need it, but do dunedinpoam38 and Horvath- skin) also require it. There might be others out of the 460 models you have already incorporated but I have not read up on all of them yet.
An alternative would be to make "calibration = T" as the default, if the model detected is one of those that need it. Then the user can manually change calibration to "F", if their data is already calibrated. This way , you will not have to update the "Readme" every time you add a new model.
