[bdsim BUG] Cannot install bdsim on windows for python 3.12

Bdsim tries to install an outdated version of matplotlib that I cannot build on my system.
This seems to be due to a bug in spatialmath-python, having a fixed dependency on old matplotlib version.

=> Please set

spatialmath-python==1.1.10

, not having that issue.
