Quick pass of things I'd like to fix.

1. First paragraph in header should be centered or styled in some way.
2. Splash image is not filling the div on medium+ screen sizes.
3. Need to replace nav trickery with better css.
4. Center or stretch buttons on the featured-info divs.
5. Do something about the logo on small screens. It needs to get bigger most likely.
