source install method is incompatible with vagrant-cachier #8
Description
vagrant-cachier plugin mounts Chef::Config[:file_cache_path] on each run. If this dir already contains latest version of cmake.tar.gz then remote_file isn't determined as updated, and installation scripts never get notifications.
