Unused php_add_session_var() in ext/session

Description

Hi team,

php_add_session_var(zend_string *name) in ext/session seems unused internally.

I’m happy to contribute: we could either mark it deprecated or remove it safely.

Thoughts?

You should check whether third party extensions use this API. Also make an assessment whether it is beneficial to remove this API. I don't think it's necessary to remove this: the implementation is simple, and works correctly.

A sourcegraph search shows that only the msgpack-php extension uses this API.

But I wouldn't remove this API while keeping the other ones. And also it might more sense to add more APIs to remove access to the globals.
