Not receiving code of Alecto WS1100

I tried receiving rf signals from a sensor of an Alecto WS1100 weather station, but the signal is not display in the serial monitor.

I can receive the code with this rf sniffer: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58896491/TestStuff/RFSniffer%201.0.7.zip.
Its giving me the following raw output:
