Improve usability of editor dropdowns

Please improve the usability of the editor dropdowns of Quill. It is not good when you constantly have to scroll to use the controls of the editor which is one of the most important pieces of the Pimcore backend.

I am aware that it's probably the fault of Quill. But it was your decision to use Quill. And as you probably know, Quill is not experiencing significant development at all. So I hope, you can find a way to make it better usable.
