Highlight to comment

In Google Docs or Confluence one can highlight text to add a comment.

There probably isn't an easy way to make this work with Google Chrome's translation feature. We would probably have to mark up the DOM (DOM markup is preserved across translations) with lots of ids or with the original text (we can hold a copy of the original DOM in memory).

Currently I click on the nearest header to go to edit mode near the comment location and then make a comment in the doc there.
