Add other event availability to painting page

**What is the new feature?**
The ability to see availability you've filled into other events on the painting page.

**Why do you want this?**
It would help to make sure you're not double-booking yourself for a time.

**Any ideas for implementation?**
The relational structure of the database should make the backend part of this not super difficult in terms of selecting time slots from other events.
