What is the new feature?
An animated loading icon, which can be used in many places. Primarily though, it would be used in the fallback loading page.
Why do you want this?
Our fallback loading page isn't anything special, and it might be a bit jarring to just see some giant text pop in for an instant between pages.
Any ideas for implementation?
It should definitely be an animated SVG to allow for infinite scaling and reduced file size.
