Want to scroll down in menu right away

Here the user sees a truncated list,

He immediately gets the urge to roll his mouse wheel to see further down the list.

But that doesn't work. So he looks around and sees the words "Show more results"... which he must click to see more results.

I would just let him roll his mouse wheel.
