Disallow FrozenArray<T> in non-attribute position #87
Description
We recently changed the Web IDL spec to disallow FrozenArray<T> in non-attribute position: see whatwg/webidl#1413 and whatwg/webidl#1399.
It would be ideal to prohibit this in widlparser so that broken Web IDL doesn't make its way into the ecosystem.
