Extracting sub-niches in the public sector and picking the best case studies for each of the sub-niches (I think we need to publich verticals in public sector first)
For this, talking to kitconcept and eaudeweb might be helpful. They have a lot of insights into public sector end-users and their micro niches.
We probably need a vertical landing for each sub-niche
We also have about 70 public sector case-studies. It’d be great to categorise them and identify all those sub-niches.
We need to pick 2-3 strongest case studies for each of the sub-niche. Maybe put it into dedicated Public Sector case studies spreadsheet and group them by sub-niches.
Publishing public sector verticals would be low-hanging fruit as we have tons of results there to share and get traffic for.
