Can this load CLIP Vision for Wan2.1?

Hello! First lemme say im very much a beginner with all this so my question might be strange.

I have had great success with this node so far and I noticed I still have just enough space on my second GPU to squeeze the clip_vision_h.safetensors used in the wan2.1 I2V workflow.

Can one of the custom nodes be used to load this into my other GPU to free up a little over a gig more?
