Write endpoint for train timetable/names?

Would be cool to be able to automate train management - assign same/shared timetables to multiple trains and maintain consistency, and name trains according to their timetable. Or dynamically reschedule trains from one route to another in response to factory production state.

So, I got some notes for this...

Apparently there is a function called SetStops in FGRailroadTimeTable.h

I think I will need to write some debug/output function to see if that is something needed to be gathered or what as I don't know what some of those UPROPERTYs are set as, and I wouldn't want to overwrite the cargo platforms config for that train station...
