[Feature]: Indigo Support

Feature Request

Indigo support would be a very nice addition. Even if the authors don't personally use Indigo, it would help unify different astro communities around using and supporting and improving this... and gasp maybe even unifying around one Indigo stack someday :)

Hi @lee-b, thanks for taking an interest in Astra! I don't have any Indigo hardware, so I would have to leave this to someone else.

Since the code is quite ASCOM-Alpaca baked, I would be inclined to suggest someone support the "bridge agent" layer here instead. I see both ObservingConditions+SafetyMonitor need attention before Astra can be happy.
