Remove old alias bidder

Hello,
we want to remove our obsolete bidder 'emetriq'. It is an alias of the Appnexus Bidder. We have seen that you are only removing a bidder in the next major version. Would you like us to submit a pull request for this, or would you prefer to take care of it yourselves?

I would recommend adding a deprecation noted in your bidder and what publishers should do.
