ColorCycle OFF_COLOR (BASE_COLOR) not properly implemented

I refer to OFF_COLOR as BASE_COLOR in reference to profezzorn/ProffieOS#640)

When using ColorCycle with the style editor, the option to edit BASE_COLOR is not present, and if a BASE_COLOR is specified in the template argument, it still parses without error, but the color is not reflected in the preview (the BASE_COLOR is still Black). Copying out the style copies it without the input BASE_COLOR.
