Display a loader when loading data

As you may have noticed, there's a small delay when we load the data from the backend. For example, the about page, or even when we're loading the logo.

I think it would nice to have a loader (spinner) for these yet to load components. Ideally, the loader would be suitable for the current site design and does not stand out too much.
