TC-SMOKECO-2.1: Test Script Not Aligned With v1.6 Unmounted State Updates

The Unmounted state for the SmokeCO feature has been newly introduced in Matter v1.6. The corresponding test plan updates were merged recently via the following PR: https://github.com/CHIP-Specifications/chip-test-plans/pull/5821.

Based on this PR, the following changes were made in TC-SMOKECO-2.1:

• Test Step 2: The maximum range of the ExpressedState attribute value has been updated.
• Test Step 15: A new test step has been added to verify the Unmounted attribute behavior.

However, the existing test script has not been updated to reflect these test plan changes. To ensure consistency between the test plan and test script, the TC-SMOKECO-2.1 test script needs to be updated.
