[Feature] Integrate OpenTelemetry for Observability

Description

To improve observability in our MSA environment, we should integrate OpenTelemetry across services.

Currently, it is difficult to trace requests across multiple services, identify latency bottlenecks, and quickly diagnose issues. In a microservices architecture, end-to-end visibility is critical.

Proposal

• Distributed Tracing across MSA

  • Trace requests end-to-end across services
  • Search and analyze traces aligned with MSA flows
  • Identify service dependencies and latency points

• Metrics Collection

  • Monitor service health and performance

• Log & Trace Correlation

  • Correlate logs with trace/span IDs for faster debugging

Expected Outcome

• Clear visibility of request flows in MSA
• Faster root cause analysis
• Standardized observability across services
• Improved reliability and operational efficiency
