Breaks with jQuery 1.8 to 1.9.1

Hi, it seems like the content swipe gallery breaks completely when using jQuery 1.9.1.
Any chance that this would be fixed in the near future?

Really like this swipe gallery, it is one of the smoothest i have seen.
