[Feature Request] TAK UI v2 - TAK UI Provided - ATAK Mini and WinTAK packages

Currently the ATAK package is used for Android and Windows devices.

The preferred android package is going to change to the ATAK Mini -package.

WinTAK needs to start using its own package in new UI (the old one didn't work with too many packages). New one needs to have this tested and implemented if there is not a problem anymore.
