/Marti/api/inputs/storeForwardChat/enable
Add configuration to make sure that Takserver has Chat Message Storage and Forwarding enable.
Describe the Business Problem
Takserver has an option to store and forward chat messages for users that are currently not online. This isn't automatically enabled and should be added to basic configurations. The enabling seems to be possible only via GUI or API.
2. Additional Information (Optional)
How should this feature be implemented?
Add API call to enable the feature on startup. If possible to also check if setting is implemented and to re-enable if not.
