Regions

Our area will be implementing regions /Scopes soon. I'm assuming this is the Region's Transport Key area in config? We want to allow flood on most repeaters and exlcidoflood on strategic locations (LoS to other regions).

I tried adding * but when I sent messages it wasn't getting repeated.

Also can you explain hierarchy? Do I put the most important region in first and go down in priority?,

Allowing regions AND flood on non strategic repeaters will also allow new users (who may not be aware of regions) to send to public channel inside the scoped area.
