Public accessible Web interface

Is there any possiblity to create a public landing page with access to info only, unable to make changes/advert etc. Then for the owners have an admin section where we can edit things/advert etc.

Thinking of putting the web interface behind a cloudlfared tunnel, not only for me to have easy access but showcase this software to others but not give them access to admin stuff :)
