Pypi CD upload is partially failing, GitHub release not being created

Hey there! I came here while doing research on taskiq and noticed that there are pypi releases without corresponding GitHub releases. This appears to be a result of the corresponding GitHub Action failing. I think it would be great if this could work again. Otherwise, it is easy to get worried about the origin of the pypi releases. Thank you for noting this issue — indeed, I failed to successfully update github actions config and don't have time to debug and fix this right now. If you can help with that — I will really appreciate that.
FYI: latest versions built and uploaded manually by my hands.
