Refactor `Logger`

Need to take a look at Logger, and decide what can be done with it

@blkdmr, I'm thinking of removing Logger completely. I don't really understand why we need such complex class, far as I checked in the code, it doesn't do anything, with which loguru or built-in logging wouldn't deal
