Make Fenn compatible with Python 3.10 and 3.14

As was discovered, Fenn isn't compatible with python 3.10 and 3.14. It needs to be corrected

@DagaBhai, it's true, but in reality there are a lot of projects whose production works on older python's version. Far as I know, 3.10 is the earliest available for most ML-related python libs (but I can be wrong on this account, please correct me if so @blkdmr).

So in order for Fenn to be convenient for users, it's vital to provide portability with older versions

3.10 is earliest but personally the projects i have contributed or seen most of them are on 3.11

3.10 is also good if its stable and standard will make it compatible with fenn

In that case, @blkdmr it's your call. I'm not really familiar with ML/Data Science environment, if 3.10 is 2 early, so be it

Anyway, we need to make fenn compatible with 3.14 for sure
