Add a new page under the Home section.

• For example, the new page would be here: https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc.io/tree/main/about
• The name of the file would be about_us.md (https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc.io/tree/main/about_us.md)
• Moving forward:
  • welcome.md gets current sponsors (https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc.io/blob/main/welcome.md)
  • about_us.md get past sponsors (to be created)

other place to remove past sponsors from: https://www.pymc.io/welcome.html#past-sponsors. That is, move from https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc.io/blob/main/welcome.md?plain=1#L240 to the new proposed file

Okay i will look into it. Since this is my first contribution, can you guide me a bit?

I would recommend looking through the repo and the site and seeing what pages need to be updated, where those pages can be found and then suggesting an update.

I looked through the repo and it seems the "Past Sponsors" section currently only exists in welcome.md.
I didn’t find it elsewhere.
Apart from that, I couldn't find anything else in the repo that needs updating at this point based on the issue description.
