While schema-07.json says the value of the ref field "Should be [a link to] an image file.", I've seen a lot of critters use it to link to info pages about their sonas, instead. (due to how the officially recommended viewer displays it as a link, I would assume?)
I reckon it might be a good idea to have a separate, additional field for links to such info pages, and to have the "should be an image file" description present in schema.json as well, if possible? Having viewer apps guess at what kinda URL they're looking at is a little clunky and not super foolproof. ^^;
(on an aside, speaking of the schema files, their descriptions seem to claim they're version 1.1, and not the most recent 1.3? not sure if it's a mistake or not but I figured I'd point it out! :3
