Subject: [PATCH] chore(contrib): mark Superdesign #4 done, activate
 superdesign-scaffold plan

- audit-1e-1: pending -> done (admin-merged 2026-04-27)
- superdesign-scaffold plan: tracked false -> true, phase phase-1,
  started 2026-04-27 (STORY-001 task is now unblocked per its
  depends_on edge)
- totals: pending 20 -> 19, done 6 -> 7
- updated timestamp 2026-04-27T22:00:00Z
