"Save Model" after AI-generating a model forgets about my manual modifications

If I AI-generate a model, make some modifications, and then click the "Save Model" button on the right (not the "Save" button on the left), it forgets my modifications. The saved version just looks like the original AI-generated version.

I replicated this bug, see screenshots

Step 1: AI generates model (funny side note: I just typed gibberish into the input box and the AI completely hallucinated this model)

Step 2: manually edit the model. to make the changes obvious, I just deleted almost every variable

Step 3: after clicking "Save Model", it goes back to how it looked in step 1

Yea, "Save Model" doesn't include the changes. Sorry that this is confusing! Would like to improve this later, but we don't have many users for this right now, so it might be a while if we do.
