Without existing file sshs send a message but don't try to create the ~/.ssh/config file

Error: Failed to parse SSH configuration file: Io(Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: "No such file or directory" })

It could be interesting to have a beter message and to try to create is file because it don't run if its file don't exist and its difficult to understand why at first sight
