Docs are not updated on USB control of channel settings

The [USB Port section](https://quartiq.de/booster/front-panel.html#usb-port) in the docs still say that USB control of channel settings isn't available, when it had been introduced in https://github.com/quartiq/booster/pull/403 and is now in [v0.6.0](https://github.com/quartiq/booster/releases/tag/v0.6.0).
