Roadmap: macOS desktop workbench v1 #105

Description

@qwen-code-dev-bot

Objective

Deliver a macOS-first desktop workbench for local oh-my-cli sessions. It complements the terminal CLI with a native project/session workspace, real Terminal continuity, typed agent activity, Dynamic Workflow inspection, safe settings, and PR-bound tmux E2E evidence.

Scope

The roadmap is a clean-room desktop implementation. It does not replace the CLI, control the remote coordinator, bundle a provider, or store raw provider secrets in renderer state. Existing settings and Dynamic Workflow work remain the domain source of truth and are integrated rather than duplicated.

Success criteria

  • A user can create or resume a local session from the desktop app.
  • The workbench shows real session output and raw terminal continuity.
  • Workflow state and approvals are visible through the existing CLI authority.
  • Settings reuse the product settings contract and protect provider secrets.
  • Every behavior change includes a head-SHA-bound tmux terminal E2E receipt and screenshot.

Delivery order

  1. Desktop foundation
  2. Local session bridge and Terminal continuity
  3. Agent workbench
  4. Workflow inspector
  5. Settings integration
  6. Packaging, diagnostics, and end-to-end readiness

Subtasks are the delivery source of truth; this parent remains a planning container.
