File Association with .gpkg

Hi,

Great tool! I am using it for opening GeoPackage files. These are esentially Sqlite files but with the extension .gpkg.
In order to use your tool, I first need to rename the file ending to .db or use the context menu and select "Open with..." and select SQLite Viewer.

Would be great to make an additional file association to .gpkg files so opening the SQLite Viewer is more easy.

This would benefit all people using GeoPackage files within VS Code.

Hi, you can already create these associations through vscode itself. There's an option to make them permanent in the "Open With.." dialog
