Add conditional to tmux.conf to check if device has battery. #1

Using the catppuccin tmux theme, I only want to show the battery status pip if the device has a battery (so, on laptops). On my desktop, it renders as a question mark.

Low priority. Can use upower on Ubuntu and pmset on MacOS to check battery status.
