Starting Balance transaction needs to be controlled

The Starting Balance transaction is a special type of transaction. A user should only be able to change the amount, not the date, the description or the frequency.

for consideration... should the user be able to change the date? My feeling is no but I can see an argument for allowing it.

Current behavior

1. A user adds a Starting balance through the Money on Hand wizard and proceeds to the Calendar View.
2. The Starting balance appears under the Weekly Transactions at the bottom of the Calendar View.
3. The behavior of the Starting balance is the same as any other transaction, including that the user can edit and delete it. However, the Starting balance should behave differently.
4. The user taps on edit and the transaction input/edit screen appears.
5. A user is able to change the amount, the description, the date and the frequency of the Starting Balance.

Expected behavior

• When a user taps on edit for the Beginning Balance transaction, only a limited number of options should be available to them.
• A user should be able change the amount of the Beginning Balance.
• a user should not be able to change the description, the date or the frequency of this transaction.
