Current Behavior

Enterhttps://rainbowkit.com,Scan the QR code on your phone to connect to the wallet. After the connection is successful, refresh the web page. Disconnect on the web page. From the UI, there is a bug in the disconnection. You need to refresh again to disconnect

Expected Behavior

After walletConnect is successfully connected, refresh the page to successfully disconnect
