Fake Windhawk website

There is a fake website https://windhawk.org which is made by AI or is vibe coded. This website is trying to impersonate the real Windhawk app. The download link actually goes to the real Windhawk from ramensoftware on github. Kindly look into it.

Another suggestion is codebase. The problem with Windhawk that it's very slow and doesn't work well on Windows 10 1507 and Windows 8.1. I hope that support widens and that it is built with a better codebase that is actually more native and runs better.

Looks like Windhawk is not the only victim. It seems to be a systematic domain-squatting operation targeting open-source software projects: qarmin/czkawka#1583. I contacted Cloudflare about it.

Oh okay that sucks. The website does have real download link to the actual Windhawk but it is fully vibe coded.

The main problem is not that it's vibe coded, but that it makes the false impression of an official website, and the download links can be replaced at any time.

Right. The biggest feature of Windhawk is that both website and app have an identical UI and the vibe coded one isn't as believable as the actual one which looks like the app. I'm glad that the fake one isn't leading to false links or what not cause that would be much worse.
