Could there be an option to disable the mod update notifications?

Could there be an option to disable the mod update notifications? Or all notifications?

For instance, if Windhawk is used for production setup or the user is not an admin, they probably do not need these notifications. They can disable them in Settings, but it is difficult to do in pre-installed setups.

Also, the user may want some mods of older versions, so constant notifications on available mod updates may be annoying, but a notification on Windhawk may be at the same time useful.
