Customizable filenames

Firstly, thanks for making this, I really love the idea :)

It would be nice if the defaults for files named by orgwiki could be customized. For example, choosing the name of the index file or determining the date format string used in the automatically created diary files. This is a minor adjustment that would make this plugin much more versatile.

I am currently working on a refactor that will make this more extensible. One of the upcoming features that is already planned is integration with emacs style links with file: or other prepends. That function basically adds the ability to chose how the links are displayed and formatted.
I will add this feature as well into the refactor branch. Should be farily straightforward as you pointed out!

I'm not quite sure how to approach diary entries file name customization.
Currently it looks like this 2025-03-04 Tue.org, where Tue is locale independent short name of the day of the week.
We could substitute current file name generation with built-in lua functions like this os.date('%Y-%m-%d %a', os.time()) .. ".org", which would generate the same output but it would be locale dependent.

The other thing to consider is that some formatting strings are legit but might cause a mess in diary files organization, like using simply "%d" for format string would make all files get names from the current day of the month it was created.
Then again, the end user is the boss of his configuration, and it his responsibility to make such decision, I guess.

Also changes in file name generation would require revision of diary index file generation algorithm.
