Version: 0.5.4

Document aca490e5-d5eb-4804-9d6b-24d8a8ed8385: Processing failed permanently after 3 attempts. Retries exhausted (3/3 attempts). Last error: Processing error: Vision extraction: Internal error: PDFium library (bundled) unavailable: Cache directory error: Permission denied (os error 13)
Hint: set PDFIUM_LIB_PATH=/path/to/libpdfium to use an existing copy.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload PDF file with Ollama LLM: Gemma 12b, Embedding: nomic-embed-text and VIsion: llava
